Production on Warren Beatty’s long-delayed Howard Hughes movie finally started in Los Angeles and the good news is that Alec is still on board. The actor announced the great news on his Twitter on Tuesday. He also posted a photo of himself in his new role on his Instagram.
The movie which was first announced almost three years ago, is about a woman who dates Hughes’s assistant and then has an affair with Hughes himself. Warren Beatty will direct and play Hughes. Alden Ehrenreich and Lily Collins are starring, Beatty’s wife Annette Bening and Matthew Broderick are also attached to the film. There is still no word on the role Alec will play.

Alec Baldwin will guest-star on NBC’s “Law & Order: SVU.” Variety reports, that his episode will be helmed by “SVU” star Mariska Hargitay and is expected to air this spring. According to Baldwin’s Twitter, filming of this episode starts this week.
Alec Baldwin will be shooting a movie in Spain in February, the actor revealed Wednesday while talking to Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert on the British “Max and Stacy Show”. The movie is called “Torrente V: Misión Eurovegas” and is directed by Spanish director, writer and actor Santiago Segura. Alec is set to play a villain in this action comedy about José Luis Torrente, a sleazy politically incorrect cop, played by Segura. The “Torrente” series is very popular in Spain.
